Adoptable pet: Trevor is a big lug who will love you

Breed: Mastiff mix

Size: 70 pounds

Trevor’s story: Trevor was seen wandering the streets for months.  People tried to catch him, but he was so afraid he did not know how kind people could be. After months they finally caught him and brought him to Friends of Orange County Homeless Pets, where he could learn to be loved and cared for. Because he lived on the streets for so long he has issues with trusting.Hisy foster mom is working with him, and he is learning to be a house dog. Trevor needs a very patient and understanding adopter. He is big and strong so would probably do best in a home without children. He will need someone who can help him through his fears and a few “bumps in the road” during the first month, but he will reward you with love and adoration. You can watch a video of Trevor at fochp.org,  where you’ll see he likes to go everywhere, including shopping.
