Silverado Resort & Spa has been recognized among the top 50 tennis programs in the world, according to rankings released by Tennis Resorts Online.
Reviewers are asked to rate their tennis experience in a variety of categories, including overall tennis experience, quality of the teaching staff, youth programs, and player matching, according to a press release. Hotel experience is also taken into account, including rating lodging, amenities and services, and cuisine.
The tennis program at Silverado is managed by Peter Burwash International, a tennis management company. This is the second consecutive year that Silverado has received the top 50-distinction.
“We try to make our program better every year and are excited to get positive feedback from our guests,” said Katie Dellich, Silverado’s director of tennis.

Napa native Loren Newman placed second in the men’s 30-34 division at the Great Wall Marathon.
