BAY POINT — The fifth annual Bay Point Community Picnic in the Park happens Saturday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Ambrose Community Center, 3105 Willow Pass Road.
The event features connections with a variety of community resources, including free clothes, phones, financial education classes and library books, plus free blood pressure testing and fingerprinting of kids. Various agencies will be there, including the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department, the Center for Human Development, White Pony Express and multiple faith-based groups offering various types of services.
